Hello and welcome to Bump N Beyond, specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and mummy and baby yoga classes. Have a look around and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me! I also have a Facebook and Instagram page which is linked at the bottom of this page.
My yoga journey began about 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my now, 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter. The yoga classes quickly became one of my favourite times of the week to totally relax and connect with the little miracle growing inside me.
Since moving back to Fermanagh, I wanted to bring these empowering, supportive classes to Mummies on their journey from bump to motherhood so I qualified with the fabulous Sally Parkes and I am now very excited to offer these bespoke, tailored classes to support mummies on their pregnancy and postnatal journeys.
